Tak\u00e9 bychom m\u011bli n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t do t\u00fddne cvi\u010dit a sportovat. T\u0159eba si j\u00edt zab\u011bhat, prot\u00e1hnout se, zacvi\u010dit si piloxing \u010di pilates, zacvi\u010dit si j\u00f3gu, j\u00edt se proj\u00edt do p\u0159\u00edrody, vz\u00edt si brusle a zabruslit si.
